Our Reclaiming Wellness Series Is Back!

We’re excited to welcome you to the return of our Reclaiming Wellness mental health spotlight series, which was created to support mental health, reflection, and reconnection.

Our first spotlight invites participants into an experience centered on gentle movement, guided reflection, and low-stakes creative practices. Together, we’ll explore how the body, imagination, and creative expression can offer insight without pressure or the need for immediate answers.

This session approaches creativity as a tool for presence, curiosity, and self-connection, meeting you exactly where you are and allowing space for whatever needs to emerge.

And this is just the beginning. Stay tuned for more details on our January 29 Reclaiming Wellness session.

Your mental health deserves care, intention, and community.

Register today and make an investment in your well-being.
