17-week Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program
We have three (3) 17-week training cycles to get you ready to run a half or full marathon. The Training Program is for runners of all levels. You should already be running or walking regularly 2-3 times a week. Our comprehensive training program will build your running base, help you improve your endurance and fitness levels and give you tips, tools and encouragement to step up to the starting line and get to the finish line! Again, attend 3 weekly runs – a track session, one weeknight run and a Saturday run. Adding on boot camp takes your training to 4 days a week! The races we will be training for will include but not limited to:
Half Marathons:
Kaiser, Stampede, Oakland, Windsor, Fresno, RNR- San Diego, Napa to Sonoma, San Francisco, Salinas Valley, Healdsburg, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Santa Barbara
Full Marathons:
Oakland, Napa, Boston, Big Sur, RNR-San Diego, Grandma’s, San Francisco, New York, CIM, Honolulu
