Our new Consul General in San Francisco. Welcome to San Francisco!

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco welcomes Arnel G. Talisayon as he assumes his post as Consul General. 🇵🇭

Consul General Talisayon joined the Department of Foreign Affairs in September 2003 and has since served in various capacities, most recently as the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Philippine Embassy in China.

As he begins his tenure in San Francisco, the Consulate looks forward to continuing the strengthening of services for the Filipino Community and the advancement of Philippine interests in the region.
