I had the pleasure of joining Dr. Deb Ma of Puzzle Acupuncture on The Puzzle Exchange podcast to talk about the Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and how unresolved stress patterns show up in the body.

Dr. Deb is an acupuncturist who recently relocated to San Francisco from Taiwan, and she’s already building a vibrant healing community here. I’m grateful for the thoughtful conversation and the chance to share why NET remains one of the most effective tools I’ve used in 30 years of practice.

Wouldn't it be great if knowing what's good for you was enough to actually make you do it? Like... choosing the healthier foods? 😬

But let’s be real, knowledge alone isn't enough, and willpower can totally fail—especially when you're tired or stressed!

Here’s a trick I use: try linking a boring or tough task to something that gets you excited! It’s how I got myself to eat more fish… and yes, I’m talking sardines! 😅
