Avocado Protein Pudding My favorite easy, creamy and delicious chocolate pudding for before or after training 🏋️♀️🏃🏻♀️
Ingredients
2 medium ripe avocado, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 banana , 1 tablespoon psyllium 2 tablespoon cacao powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup, pinch of cinnamon, vanilla
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency with yogurt if needed.
Chill 15–20 minutes before serving for a thicker texture
