I am passionate about nutrition and the role food choice plays in our health and wellbeing. After working as a pharmacist for over 8 years, I took the decision to follow my dream and pursue my strong interest in nutrition and health. In 2009 I graduated from the Arizona State University USA. Originally from Brazil, I have lived in Chicago, Scottsdale, Paris and am now settled in London. I have experienced different foods and cooking styles and have learned that healthy, and tasty can apply to the same meal. By making small changes to your lifestyle you can feel a positive difference in your energy and vitality and a balanced approach ensures you stay committed to the changes you make. I hope it can help you on your journey to wellness and helps you get back to the basics of healthy eating and living.

Avocado Protein Pudding My favorite easy, creamy and delicious chocolate pudding for before or after training 🏋️‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️
Ingredients
2 medium ripe avocado, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 banana , 1 tablespoon psyllium 2 tablespoon cacao powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup, pinch of cinnamon, vanilla
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency with yogurt if needed.
Chill 15–20 minutes before serving for a thicker texture

Topping Ideas (optional)
Fresh cranberry jam (recipe in previous post )

Thanksgiving is the perfect moment to enjoy foods that are both comforting and supportive of our health. Cranberries are naturally rich in polyphenols, fibre, and immune-supportive nutrients—making this homemade jam a beautiful blend of flavour and function. Easy, Healthy & Delicious recipes 😋. Homemade Cranberry Jam 2 cups fresh cranberries, 1 cup mixed berries 2-3 dates chopped, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ lemon juice, 1 tablespoon psyllium, 3-4 Tablespoons water Instructions Cook cranberries w water. Add the berries,dates to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until they begin to soften and release their juices (7-8 minutes). Add cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mash or blend to reach your desired texture (chunky or smooth). Stir in 1 tablespoon of psyllium. Mix well—this naturally thickens the jam as it cools. Cool and store in a glass jar and store in fridge for up to 7 days

For yogurt bowl:
150g of plan yogurt (dairy free if have sensibilities)
2 Tbs cranberries jam
Topping with chestnuts

This delicious protein 😉 breakfast is easy to make

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp dairy free greek yogurt
1 tsp sesame nut
1/3 tsp cinnamon
100ml organic coffee
2 rice crackers
some cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Stir dairy free yogurt (used ) sesame nut butter , cinnamon.
Put 100ml of organic coffee in a bowl.
Soak the rice cakes in coffee.
Now gradually layer a rice cake, yogurt mix on top and repeat.
Sprinkle it with cocoa powder and enjoy!

Creamy Cashew Yogurt/Spread 😋
Dairy-free | Gut-friendly | 5 ingredients

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews (soaked 8 hrs). 1 banana
1 Tbsp of kefir coconut or milk or water (adjust for consistency)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions:
1. Drain soaked cashews and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. For yogurt add more kefir or milk or water
3. Refrigerate and enjoy as a dip, spread, or a dairy free yogurt alternative 🙌🏻. I added pandan spread from use the code: BRAZ15 for a 15% off 💚
