I am passionate about nutrition and the role food choice plays in our health and wellbeing. After working as a pharmacist for over 8 years, I took the decision to follow my dream and pursue my strong interest in nutrition and health. In 2009 I graduated from the Arizona State University USA. Originally from Brazil, I have lived in Chicago, Scottsdale, Paris and am now settled in London. I have exp

erienced different foods and cooking styles and have learned that healthy, and tasty can apply to the same meal. This delicious protein 😉 breakfast is easy to make

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp dairy free greek yogurt
1 tsp sesame nut
1/3 tsp cinnamon
100ml organic coffee
2 rice crackers
some cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Stir dairy free yogurt (used ) sesame nut butter , cinnamon.
Put 100ml of organic coffee in a bowl.
Soak the rice cakes in coffee.
Now gradually layer a rice cake, yogurt mix on top and repeat.
Sprinkle it with cocoa powder and enjoy!

Creamy Cashew Yogurt/Spread 😋
Dairy-free | Gut-friendly | 5 ingredients

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews (soaked 8 hrs). 1 banana
1 Tbsp of kefir coconut or milk or water (adjust for consistency)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions:
1. Drain soaked cashews and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. For yogurt add more kefir or milk or water
3. Refrigerate and enjoy as a dip, spread, or a dairy free yogurt alternative 🙌🏻. I added pandan spread from use the code: BRAZ15 for a 15% off 💚

Cruciferous vegetables help the body detoxify toxins and estrogen. Ideally try to get 1-2 servings of cruciferous vegetables each day. Cruciferous vegetables include,Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, garden cress, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, arugula, collards, watercress and radishes.

February is a month to open ourselves up to love, compassion, self -care ,fostering relationships with family, friends and loving us first to transcend to others. 💚𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙 -𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 is about intentionally taking care of yourself and who you are.
