Homemade Cranberry Jam 2 cups fresh cranberries, 1 cup mixed berries 2-3 dates chopped, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ lemon juice, 1 tablespoon psyllium, 3-4 Tablespoons water Instructions Cook cranberries w water. Add the berries,dates to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until they begin to soften and release their juices (7-8 minutes). Add cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mash or blend to reach your desired texture (chunky or smooth). Stir in 1 tablespoon of psyllium. Mix well—this naturally thickens the jam as it cools. Cool and store in a glass jar and store in fridge for up to 7 days
For yogurt bowl:
150g of plan yogurt (dairy free if have sensibilities)
2 Tbs cranberries jam
Topping with chestnuts
