This delicious protein 😉 breakfast is easy to make

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp dairy free greek yogurt
1 tsp sesame nut
1/3 tsp cinnamon
100ml organic coffee
2 rice crackers
some cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Stir dairy free yogurt (used ) sesame nut butter , cinnamon.
Put 100ml of organic coffee in a bowl.
Soak the rice cakes in coffee.
Now gradually layer a rice cake, yogurt mix on top and repeat.
Sprinkle it with cocoa powder and enjoy!

Creamy Cashew Yogurt/Spread 😋
Dairy-free | Gut-friendly | 5 ingredients

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews (soaked 8 hrs). 1 banana
1 Tbsp of kefir coconut or milk or water (adjust for consistency)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions:
1. Drain soaked cashews and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. For yogurt add more kefir or milk or water
3. Refrigerate and enjoy as a dip, spread, or a dairy free yogurt alternative 🙌🏻. I added pandan spread from use the code: BRAZ15 for a 15% off 💚

Cruciferous vegetables help the body detoxify toxins and estrogen. Ideally try to get 1-2 servings of cruciferous vegetables each day. Cruciferous vegetables include,Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, garden cress, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, arugula, collards, watercress and radishes.
Green tea – organic
Blueberries and other organic berries
Pomegranate
Whole organic soy – like edamame, tofu, miso, and tempeh
Beans and legumes

It’s about giving yourself the time, love and attention to recharge the heart, body, mind and soul. 🌳When I find myself stressed out, anxious, impatient, irritable with others I go for a walk. 🇧🇷 Fevereiro é um mês para nos abrirmos ao amor, à compaixão, ao autocuidado, nutrindo o relacionamento com a família, os amigos e nos amando primeiro para transcender aos outros. 💚𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙 -𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 trata-se de cuidar intencionalmente a si mesmo e de quem você é.
