I received a close DNA match in 2019, but I didn't investigate further at the time, assuming it was just another cousin match. Since I infrequently review my Ancestry matches, it was only later that I examined my closest relatives and found a previously unknown nephew. This nephew was revealed to be the son my brother was unaware of having. I eventually managed to find the young man, and meeting him has been a privilege.
