Did you know that empathy and compassion are related but not the same? Empathy is the ability to feel the suffering and perspective of others...to feel what it's like to be in their shoes. Compassion feels the suffering of others and feels the call to act on reducing or ending it.

Pictured here is Quan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion. In this image she pours the nectar of life into the waters. And wouldn't you say that the nectar of life is Love and Compassion?

Yesterday Pluto entered Aquarius. Wow!

Radical Vision and Wisdom!

Pluto sees the big picture. How? By being our solar system's planet furthest from the sun, with an orbit that takes 248 Earth years to complete. Like an planetary eagle or hawk, the higher up you are/further away you are, the more you can see. I think of Pluto as a well travelled eye in space, bringing us a Universal perspective and BIG picture wisdom. Pluto sees all the connections. Pluto liberates us with an all encompassing and radical perspective. Though Pluto is still connected to our Sun's energy, it is also our solar system's planet closest to interstellar space- an area beyond our Sun's influence. And beyond interstellar space other Suns/Stars create their own systems.

That's quite an environment to take in!

Where does Pluto show up in your natal chart? That will indicate where liberation is possible and needed.

I've been taking the lesson of perspective in this month...Pluto is strong right now.

What is an Intuitive Tarot Reading?

Intuition is natural. It encompasses all of our senses and is at the center of our survival mechanisms. Intuition tunes us in to our inner and outer world realities. It's awareness moves freely and is not bound by time or distance.

Symbolism has been a visual means to transmit life lessons since ancient times. The symbols on Tarot cards represent natural forces from the cosmos to earth. Like diagnostic storytellers, they show us how we are doing on our path of life.
