I have never been THIS excited for a program launch! When I first heard about it a few months ago, I knew that I needed to go all in. And that I wanted to share it with as many other ladies as possible!

For those of you who don’t know, I have a bachelors degree in nutrition & 8 years experience coaching people using flexible dieting counting macros. I’ve written meal plans & have even created & instructed a 6-week workshop. I spent years trying to create my own nutrition programs, but WHY???! When a program like this already exists, there’s no reason to reinvent the wheel.

What I’m most excited about is that this program actually focuses on education & teaches you why we eat certain things/certain amounts.
