Explore. Define. Become… the Person You Want to Be Are you trying to figure out who you are? Do you feel frustrated with your choices and behaviors?
Are you depressed or anxious about the path you are taking? Did you think that adulthood meant that:
• You would automatically have all the answers?
• You would immediately know who you are and who you want to be?
• Your relationships with your parents, friends and significant others would deepen and become more meaningful without any effort? No matter how prepared you think you are for entering a
dulthood, the reality of the transition can be challenging. Many choices that were influenced by your parents are now yours alone to make. My approach is to help you with a combination of life-planning skills and in-depth therapy. I don’t believe that therapy needs to last forever. I find that a short-term, strengths based approach yields wonderful results for many of my clients as they navigate their way through work and relationships. Contact me for a consultation to help you through this challenging but exciting time of personal growth and discovery.
