The Year of the Fire Horse arrives with vibrant Heart energy. ❤️🔥

In the Five Elements of Chinese medicine, Fire governs the Heart and Small Intestine — our capacity for joy, discernment, connection, and clarity.

The Horse symbolizes movement and forward momentum. Paired with Fire, it asks us to live courageously — but with awareness. To expand — but without burning out. In the last Year, we shed 🐍now is the time to run towards joy and expansion.

I am deeply honored to practice within this rich medical tradition. This new cycle is a reminder to nourish the Heart, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate joy as medicine. 💊❤️😍

✨ Cupping = Body Comunication✨

These aren’t bruises — this is a valuable form of communication practitioners use to find the source of pain.

❤️ Bright red = fresh circulation, qi & blood moving
🍷 Deep red/purple = stagnation, tension, old holding patterns

Notice no space between cups?
Leaving space between cups can leave pockets of stagnation behind. Full, coverage allows circulation to return evenly, fascia to release completely, and healing to last longer.

We follow the color in this method to reduce pain. And although it looks pretty brutal , it’s just for show. It may be slightly tender where the cups were placed, but this is nothing like a skin abrasion. What’s your cupping story?
