We tend to stay focused on health issues and not get too deep on social issues. But on this we want to go on the record as saying that we celebrate Juneteenth, and support , dramatic changes to policing, and are very happy about the Supreme Court ruling on LGBTQ+ rights.

People deserve to be treated with dignity and to feel safe in our society no matter their race, ethnicity, religion, orientation, identity, gender, or pretty much anything else we don't control. And we love working with ALL of you!

We’re launching a Kids' Exercise Class with a Little Bit of STEM sprinkled in.

Rising 6th - 9th Graders are invited to join.

All sessions will be led by a Physical Therapist, Carrie Lee, and will include strengthening, stretching, and aerobic exercise interspersed with interesting tidbits on musculoskeletal anatomy and exercise science. (No long lectures.)

We will help your child keep moving with a structured activity to exercise their bodies and brains while sheltering in place.

The classes are live on Zoom and your Physical Therapist
Instructor will provide feedback and tailored instruction on technique and form.

The eight class sessions will be held twice each week for four weeks. And will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5 pm (Pacific Time) beginning on June 23.
The price of the entire program is $132.
Class size will be limited to a maximum of 12 students.
