Celebrations at the Cadillac Hotel are such a joy. Once a month, residents come to the Healing WELL to cook a big meal for 30-40 of their neighbors. It’s a tradition we’ve kept for the past 3+ years, and the neighborly love just keeps on growing

A look back at our staff wellness retreat that took place in March ✨ Our staff and advisory board took a day to reflect on our organizational successes, challenges, and align our intentions for our future. It’s so important to take time to pause, celebrate, question and share about our work. Days like these truly keep us inspired to be change makers, and justice seekers ❤️‍🔥

Great gratitude to our volunteers Daniela and Raquel for offering facials and massages at our “Women’s Pampering Afternoon” in honor of Mother’s Day! Extra love and care goes a long way to promote wellness 💆‍♀️💇‍♀️💙

We hold a Women’s Support Circle every Tuesday from 11:30-12:30pm, with lunch afterwards. Come, connect and be in community with fellow women navigating life in in the Tenderloin and surrounding neighborhoods 🫶

Our director, Kathy Curran, shared the stage with journalist and author Kevin Fagan (“The Lost and the Found” - 2025) at San Francisco’s Town & Country Club. Speaking on homelessness and poverty, they shared about the necessity of building connection and creating opportunity among our marginally- and un-housed community members 🫶

We were recently graced by Skywatchers’ presence and talent as they prepare for their upcoming show, Calling us In: An Invitation to Joy! ✨ A small glimpse of their show has our entire team excitingly awaiting their production 😋🎬 Be sure to check out their grand performance on Saturday, May 9th at 4pm and 7pm. On Monday mornings, we open our doors for our elders to gather for wellness and community services. They dance, sing, stretch, meditate, and perhaps most importantly- they play, laugh, and connect. Thanks for bringing your amazing program to our place, and helping us expand the feeling of safety and comfort that all TL neighbors deserve 💙

So much joy was radiating from our sisters’ Eid celebration! ❤️‍🔥 Our space and offices filled with delicious scents and lively music coming from their potluck 😋 The women and their children gathered not just to share food, but to share a safe space, and exchange kindness with their community 💙

Fun Fridays are every first Friday of the month… and the next one is tomorrow👀 You don’t want to miss the live entertainment✨, and delicious BBQ prepared by the ELKS Club! 🌭🍽️ Last month we honored the ELKS’ contributions with a cake😋 Thanks to them, we’ve increasing our hot dog distribution to 350!!
