IT'S STRESS AWARENESS MONTH!!! (There, did that stress you out? 😉)

It seems like the last thing we need is to focus on stress when it's already such a HUGE part of life. But here's the thing: not all stress is the same.

Some stress helps us grow — stepping into something new, unfamiliar, or meaningful.
Other stress drains us — restless nights, constant tension, and the feeling of just getting through the day. That's the stress we're all too familiar with.

But what if you could reframe how you're seeing a situation so that the awful stress can feel like the good stress?

Awareness practices like meditation can help us notice patterns, create space, and respond with more clarity and ease. A small pause can change a lot.

We’ve been taught to fix, advise, and stay busy — even when someone simply needs to be heard.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can offer isn’t a solution, a silver lining, or a plan…
It’s presence.

Listening without interrupting.
Letting intuition lead instead of ego.
Allowing silence without rushing to fill it.

Holding space is a practice.
And like meditation, it asks us to slow down, stay open, and remember that being here is often enough.
