Do you recognize these symptoms in yourself - or someone you love?

Burnout goes by a few names — job burnout, work burnout, corporate burnout — but they all point to the same thing. It can happen whether you work for a company or run your own business. And right now, it's one of the biggest challenges in the modern workplace.

At its core, burnout is a state of chronic exhaustion — physical, emotional, and mental. It doesn't come from one bad day or one difficult week. It builds slowly over time, until eventually one incident, one deadline, or one difficult project pushes you into a full spiral.

But learning how to check in with yourself, regulate your emotions, and create healthier boundaries around stress can really help. Meditating is one way to do that.

Our community is just plain amazing.

We're so passionate about our little online meditation studio because of the interactive dynamic between students and teachers, and students with each other. That's what sets WITHIN apart.

An app won't notice if you don't show up. IT'S STRESS AWARENESS MONTH!!! (There, did that stress you out? 😉)

It seems like the last thing we need is to focus on stress when it's already such a HUGE part of life. But here's the thing: not all stress is the same.

Some stress helps us grow — stepping into something new, unfamiliar, or meaningful.
Other stress drains us — restless nights, constant tension, and the feeling of just getting through the day. That's the stress we're all too familiar with.

But what if you could reframe how you're seeing a situation so that the awful stress can feel like the good stress?

Awareness practices like meditation can help us notice patterns, create space, and respond with more clarity and ease. A small pause can change a lot.
