Today’s case is a young woman who has always had large breasts, and recently lost about 50 pounds. Because of that she’s lost a ton of volume and has what’s called bottoming out. We’re going to put Motiva implants back in, over the muscle, and use Galaflex mesh to support them. I can’t wait to show you the results!

An extended dissection lower face and neck lift using the deep plane, is the most effective long lasting and complete rejuvenation for a face with significant jowling.

This lovely woman’s jaw line looks so much cleaner, giving her a soft and naturally rejuvenated appearance. I wish I could show you the rest of her face, as the upper part is just a pretty with her cheeks lifted and rejuvenated as well.

This woman’s face looked older than she was. She has significant neck laxity crepy skin banding and jowling. A lower face and neck lift corrected all of these issues and lifted the midface for her as well, effecting a lovely transformation and a renewed sense of confidence. 😌

Alot of the time women lose their figures after childbirth and aging due not so much to extra skin and fat, but mostly due to laxity of the abdominal wall from overstretching. The only way to get this kind of firm flat result in this case is to do an abdominoplasty. The abdominoplasty tightens the abdominal wall through sutures that cinch the waist in again. Extra skin and fat is removed through the scar as well provide the gold standard rejuvenation. 🫶
