SF Gingko Kyudojo

SF Gingko Kyudojo Gingko Kyudojo is traditional Japanese archery based on Heki-Ryu Bishu Chikurin-Ha, as taught by Kanjuro Shibata Sensei, with a meditation emphasis

Gingko Kyudo is a practice club located in San Francisco, CA. We train Mondays 6:30- 8:30 at Konko Church in Japantown and Saturdays 12:00-4:00 at the archery field in Golden Gate Park (in the summer). Classes are offered in traditional Japanese Archery - Kyudo with a lean towards meditation. The style is Heki Ryu Bishu Chikurin Ha as taught by Kanjuro Shibata Sensei XXI. Classes are generally small and there is class equipment available.
