In the past few years I’ve had countless conversations with friends, especially first-generation wealth creators, about money. The fears, the challenges, the wins. People have asked how we’ve been able to travel, move to San Diego, invest in real estate, and build a life with more freedom. The consistent feedback has been that I should share what I’ve learned more openly.

We ran a challenge at the end of the year with 8 participants and the feedback was extremely positive. So much so, that I’m partnering with my friend Amalia Cardenas again to run a 14-day challenge starting in 10 days.

It’s designed for first-generation wealth builders who want to turn uncertainty into clarity, confidence, and legacy.

As first-generation immigrants and first in our families to attend college, we learned how to build success from the ground up.

We’ve felt the doubts. We’ve carried the pressure.
And through real estate, investing, and entrepreneurship, we’ve seen how much mindset shapes money.
