I have a dear Barn Owl friend, “ Diana” that lives close by that I have the honor to visit with most mornings. I love her so much, she’s so incredibly special. My costume is a token of appreciation to Diana, her magic and medicine. 🦉💛

Join me for a fun and creative afternoon workshop on Saturday, March 9 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. We’ll play and make beautiful boards together from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Includes: two 32 ounce soups, vegetable side & a surprise. Includes delivery for SF peeps.

What to Expect:
Local, seasonal, organic, nutrient dense, gluten free, dairy free, nourishing and delicious! All food is prepared from scratch and made with love + intention.

If you feel called, please share this offering as it would make a great gift to a friend/ family member, expecting mamas, anyone recovering from injury, surgery or illness, immune system support, busy folks who want to eat well but don’t have the time, or heck just looking to bring in some yummy nosh because you deserve it!

Easy peasy. Your food will be delivered cooled, in compostable containers, ready to eat, with a menu and any instructions needed.

Happy Solstice! This morning just moments ago as I was walking, one, two, three, four… FOUR beautiful coyotes crossed in front of me and the doggos. They continued on their way, no harm, no hassles, just pure beauty and wildness, coexisting.
