This workshop--designed and taught by Heather Hughes, a certified Birth Doula, Massage Therapist, and Childbirth Educator--will help you and your support person prepare for the many stages of labor. Heather will walk you through the evolution of labor, and explore with you how it can look and feel physically, emotionally, and, spiritually.

COMMUNITY: a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests and goals
Hosting our community class this weekend at the Noe Valley Town Square was nothing short of magical! The sun was out and the energy was electric… we were fortunate to gather and meet new people. Thank you to for inviting us into this beautiful space! Our friends were there with healthy juice and snacks for everyone after class. This is community ❤️

*Outdoor community class is back!*
On select Sundays, we will be hosting an all levels yoga class in the Noe Valley Town Square. This class is to help build and bring the Noe Valley community together. Whether you are a regular practitioner or new to the practice, this will be an opportunity to move, breathe & be together on our mats. First class is on Sunday 1/23. Abi’s style of yoga is compassionate and encouraging all while holding space for her students. Abi will be at MOXIE Richmond Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00 am & 11:15 am. We can’t wait to invite you back into the space!

Nina has been with MOXIE since 2016 and is lead teacher at MOXIE Bernal Heights. Her classes are deceivingly challenging and her presence in the yoga room is calming. We are very lucky to have Nina here at MOXIE!
