Taking healing to the next level 💉🇲🇽

I’ve been in Ensenada, Mexico this week receiving regenerative stem cell therapy for my knees (and a little full-body tune-up, because why not? 😉) at the incredible Hino Medical Center

From IVs and targeted injections to a customized immune-boosting protocol—these folks are truly next level in care and precision. They even surprised me with a personalized T-shirt (swag alert!) and a delicious red tonic made with beets, berries, and Mexican magic. 🌱❤️

His insight that ‘every case I see has a nutritional component’ truly resonates. Here I am with my dedicated rep, Keith Kurt, exploring ways to enhance patient care through whole-food nutrition.

and I are off tonight to Grand Cayman to celebrate my 70th birthday and
honor the legacy of Jack—beloved husband, dad, and chiropractor. This trip
holds a special place in our hearts, as we’ll be scuba diving, reflecting on
cherished memories, and celebrating the blessings of family and life. 💙
Thank you for your loyalty and trust—it means the world to us! 🌟 Our
office will be closed from 12/25 to 12/29 as we soak in the island’s warmth

Experiencing a Turkish Bath in Istanbul! 🛁✨

Sharing a special toast with a dear friend as we enjoyed fresh fruit juice in a beautiful tea room before heading in for our Turkish bath. What an unforgettable experience!

First, we relaxed on a hot marble surface, warming our bodies in preparation for the bath. Then came the full-body scrub, where my skin was polished clean with a loofa and bathed with soap and warm water, leaving me feeling completely renewed. I felt like a baby! Afterwards, we returned to the tea room, lounging on Turkish sofas, sipping tea, and enjoying dried fruits — the raisins tasted so rich and nostalgic, a flavor from before corporate changes transformed so much.

Experiencing wellness and culture with good friends reminds me of the true power of travel and self-care! I’m enjoying my sabbatical 🥰

Continuing my Sabbatical! 🌍✈️ From Istanbul to Rome and Florence!

As I embark on the next leg of my journey, I wanted to share this special moment from a beautiful wedding the night before I left for Istanbul. Dr. Dan was a groomsman for his childhood friend, and i had such a memorable night together with my sons AJ and Dan! 🥂

I’ll be back in the office on November 6th, but in the meantime, Dr. Dan is here to take care of all your chiropractic needs! 🤗

Throwback to 2000 when Dr. Lisa Goodman was my patient at Union Square Chiropractic, and I had the pleasure of inspiring her journey to chiropractic school! Now, she’s not only a thriving chiropractor at Washington Park Chiropractic in Denver, but she’s also *the* marketing queen. 🦸‍♀️💼

Dr. Lisa just published her book, *The Manual for the Chiropractic Entrepreneur*, filled with amazing practice tips, and she sent me some of her signature swag—these super fun T-shirts and the cutest pens ever with yarn hair. 🎉✨

It’s inspiring to see how she’s grown her practice (and her brand)! I couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come. 👐💪

Reunited with this gem today! 💛 Katie was the heart of our front desk for two years, always greeting patients with warmth and care. Even though she’s enjoying life in Santa Monica now, it’s wonderful to see her back in the office and still prioritizing her chiropractic care. We’ve missed you, Katie! 😊
