As a psychotherapist, I am committed to the deep work of evaluating the self, paying attention to one's motivations and feelings, and of supporting what is right in the world. Therapy is a privilege as it is expensive. I believe that all people deserve therapy and the support of someone else to process their emotions and their pain. Within systemic racism, Black People have been systemically oppressed and have not had equal resources to afford certain privileges that white people may have.

I am committed to supporting People of Color in receiving the benefits of therapy. As well as offering a pro-bono spot, I will be donating the amount of a pro-bono time slot (4 sessions a month) to the Loveland Foundation, a foundation that fundraises to be able to provide free or low fee therapy to Peope of Color, focusing on Black Women and Children.

Our Story

And Together, We Can Travel To Places That One Cannot Travel To Alone.

I see adults and couples in my practice. I’ve found that individual therapy is a unique space where one can open and explore parts of themselves with another person. It’s rare to have a weekly space to say things out loud about one’s life that have never been said, or even formulated in thought before. I offer individual therapy sessions for client who would like to see a therapist once or twice weekly. Creating a space to talk about things that are hard opens a place where one becomes comfortable knowing that the space will be there for them as long as they choose to continue. I hope to be supportive and consistent with my clients, I strive to create a safe relationship where anything can be talked about.
