Kybella for a little chin and jawline clean up.

These photos were taken after two Kybella treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. Kybella is a digestive enzyme that is injected about every centimeter in small areas to reduce fat. Here we targeted her jowls and submentum (area under the chin).

Filler was also added to the cheeks, chin and jawline for structure and support.

Love that lower face definition. Less jowling, less lower face heaviness, less fullness under the chin and more jawline. Yes please! ❤️

Celebrating 9 years at SkinSpirit! 💚

I’m so thankful to have been recruited to help open our very first San Francisco location in Presidio Heights — what was our 8th clinic at the time. Now, we’ve grown to over 50 across the US! Hard to believe that half of my aesthetic career has been devoted to this incredible company. Time truly flies when you love what you do. 💚

Bright eyes. ✨

Before and after customized Dysport placement around her eyes for a brow lift and filler to her temples for replacement of volume. Photos are all taken at rest.

I like this comparison since the before photos are taken with makeup and the after with a bare fresh face. So often it’s the other way around!

Weight loss can age the face.

This beauty lost 30 pounds after being on a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic or Semiglutide. She was feeling great about the changes in her body, but feeling like her face looked much older.

We replaced some lost volume with filler in her cheeks, under eyes, chin, jawline, area around her mouth and lips. Now there’s less hollowing, shadowing and she looks and feels better. ❤️

Dissolving filler.

I know there’s a lot of talk about filler migration online, but tbh it’s not that common. This beauty had filler to her lips intermittently over the last 10 years. When she came to me, we talked about dissolving and starting over but it’s a tough decision. After Hylenex (hyaluronidase), you can look worse before you look better, so timing (socially) is important.

Here are her before and after photos. Before dissolving and after filling. The goal was less fullness and puffiness especially in her upper white lip, and more defined and natural looking lips.

She’s happy and I’m happy! What do you think? 💋
