This four-class series will focus on evidence-based lifestyle strategies that have been shown to decrease the risk of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease/dementia.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Osher WISE (Well-being and Integrative Science for Everyone), a dynamic and enriching public education program designed to provide the latest information on current and compelling integrative health topics.

Formerly known as Osher Mini Medical School for the Public, this new education program will focus on topics related to whole-person health and well-being. Classes are led by integrative health professionals at UCSF and beyond to provide community members with an opportunity to become active, educated participants in their own journey to health and well-being.
