Applications are now open for the Integrative Ayurvedic Medicine Training for Clinicians (2026-2027)—a year-long, fully virtual program designed for healthcare professionals who wish to integrate Ayurvedic principles into clinical practice. The program combines live weekly instruction with self-paced coursework and is appropriate for MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, RNs, and other licensed clinicians.

Deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.

Catherine Herbin, MS, LAc, is trained in in East Asian Medicine as an acupuncturist and an herbalist. She specializes in working with children and adolescents to support whole-person health through personalized acu-therapy, which may or may not include needles.

"People always ask me, 'Acupuncture on kids? How does that work?' A lot of young people have medical trauma from needles, so gaining trust is key. We decide together what the best approach is for that day," said Catherine.
