During Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s important to recognize that mental health challenges don’t always look the way we expect.
Not all symptoms are visible or severe. Sometimes they show up as subtle shifts, like ongoing fatigue, irritability, difficulty focusing, or withdrawing from others.
These experiences are often overlooked, but they can be signs that support is needed.
Raising awareness means paying attention to both the visible and the quiet signs of mental health.
