So grateful to all the people I traveled with, and especially those that braved the intense uphill hike to get to this gorgeous little waterfall and cold-plunge pool! The water was so clear I was tempted to drink it!

So nice to get away to the redwood forest and beaches of the lost coast for some time in nature to recharge and reset! I love time under these massive trees! it reminds me how small we humans are, and how short our lives are in comparison. Some of these giants have been alive on the earth for over a thousand years! Just mind boggling! And I never tire of soaking in their majesty!

And there is something so satisfying about witnessing the sunset! Sure wish I could do that every day!

Time in nature resets me and makes me sleep so well!
