February is Black History Month

At OTTP-NorCal, we prioritize hiring clinicians who reflect the richly diverse communities we serve—so every client can see themselves represented and receive care informed by varied perspectives and lived experiences.

This month, we asked our clinicians to share how culturally responsive care shows up in their practice.

Culturally responsive care means recognizing and honoring a client’s cultural background, identity, and lived experiences—and adapting care to meet them where they are.

Last year’s fundraiser showed what’s possible when our community comes together for youth mental health.

Because of your support, we’ve expanded access to care and created spaces, like our Sensory Room, where youth feel safe, supported, and free to heal and play.

We are excited to gather again for our upcoming Youth Empowerment Benefit Concert on Thursday, April 9 at Town Hall Theatre in Lafayette! Tickets coming soon!
