Dr. Clarke Allen recently highlighted an important issue affecting many older adults across rural communities: access to oral health care. 🦷✨

In her op-ed, she shared how barriers such as transportation, cost, and limited provider access often prevent seniors from receiving routine dental care.

Alongside our partners at the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation, this work helped expand education, preventive services, and dental support for older adults in underserved communities through the Senior Oral Health Partnership Program.

Thank you to our partners who are helping us improve access to care and address real health needs in the communities we serve.

Although Dr. Allen is no longer with Delta Health Center; we at DHC wish her the very best in her future endeavors. 💙

The Employee Appreciation celebrations continued in Cerritos!

Raffles, lunch, and swag kept the energy going all afternoon. The Cerritos team showed up and had a great time.

Last month, our People Org volunteers got to work assembling 1,584 dental kits for the Southside Coalition of Community Health Centers in South Los Angeles.

The Southside Coalition operates across 45+ community and school-based clinics and serves nearly 250,000 residents each year, making it the largest community clinic safety net in the region. We are glad these kits will go directly to the people and families they serve.
