Meet Emmanuel, he will be leading at Bird Monday 6/16 & 6/23!
Emmanuel Hapsis uses a combination of music, humor, and a dance-like vinyasa flow to inspire students to express themselves as authentically as possible. Trained at Laughing Lotus in San Francisco, his approach to yoga is immersed in the chakras and how we can unlock them along with our innate potential through asana, mantra, pranayama, and meditation. When not in the yoga studio, Emmanuel loves to travel, bake pies, and sing his heart out at karaoke.

May is National Foster Care Month, a time to recognize that we each can play a part in enhancing the lives of children and youth in foster care. Birds own Charlotte Cobb recorded and donated her EP "Middle C" to A Home Within, a fantastic organization that matches foster youth with licensed volunteer therapists. Rise Yoga for Youth, a foundation that provides yoga programs in schools, will be hosting their first Yogathon this weekend at Mission High School! Follow the link below to donate or sign up!
