A very intelligent article on prejudice, especially in the wake of increasing, unfounded, small-minded antisemitism. Goes back to my bugaboo about "labels" and "categories" being inaccurate and dangerous.

We need to include up to now and transcend. Not just summarily toss what got us this far. Mozart listened to Bach. The Beatles listened to Howlin' Wolf. Everything that went "before" has value, at least as foundation and understanding.

We're going to be in this for some time to come. Here are some tools and resources for you to help get by.

After just one session my partner and I were able to move through conflict in a non-blaming and curious way, eager to explore how our innate differences worked in our relationship. As a psychotherapist, I would recommend this process to the couples I see for relationship therapy!
