I want to share something personal with you. My why.

When I was 3, my dad died by su***de. My mom went to an institution. And I got tossed around to homes that were, honestly, not safe. A lot of them are abusive.

By the time I was a teenager, I thought I was broken. Unfixable. I numbed with drugs and alcohol because I didn’t see another way to get through the pain. I truly believed I would never marry, never have a family, never have a real life.

But then I found my spiritual teacher.

And even though I didn’t believe healing was possible for me, I began. Slowly. Messily. And I healed. I found my husband. I had a baby. I built a life I never thought was possible. And now, I’ve helped thousands of people not just heal but thrive.

You may also know that I have taken groups of women to both Cave Creek and Sedona, AZ to work with horses that heal and LIBERATE humans for a living.
These retreats have been an incredible addition to the work I already do!

Guess what? We're bringing a slice of horse heaven to you next week!

Ok here is what is happening… for the last year, I along with my trainer Kate, and her amazing herd of horses, have been hosting a group of 5 women, at a time, to come and spend a long weekend with us.

These retreats are about you connected to one of the most amazing horses I have ever met, a private chef, mediation, beautiful land, and a small group of amazing women.

After being in the healing arts for 25 years, I have NEVER witnessed such a deep and rapid transformation that I do with people who come to the retreat.

The horses help get to the CORE of any imbalance… and help you shift it. PLUS they help with activation… more power, confidence, and joy.
