This viral Japanese cheesecake went plant-based and I’m obsessed. (8gr protein)

Creamy Cocojune vanilla cinnamon yogurt + vanilla cookies + a little melted chocolate = the perfect balance of indulgent and intentional.

Dairy-free, plant-based, and absolutely worth the hype.

Dark Chocolate Cherry Pretzel Rods

Sweet, salty, crunchy, and just fancy enough to feel special. Long pretzel rods dipped in rich dark chocolate, then rolled in freeze-dried cherry for that tart pop and gorgeous pink glow. They snap, they crunch, they melt… basically everything you want in one bite.

As a nutritionist, I love treats like this because they’re simple, portion-friendly, and made with real ingredients—no need to overcomplicate dessert to make it feel indulgent and joyful.

Perfect for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or honestly… a random Tuesday when you want a little love on a stick 💕

Mandarin oranges dipped in dark chocolate 🤍

Literally the easiest treat ever.

Melt any amount of dark chocolate in a bowl (about 30 seconds in the microwave).

Peel your cuties.

Dip.

Eat them straight out of the bowl like a chocolate fondue or pop them in the fridge for 5 minutes to harden.

That’s it. No coconut oil, no extra ingredients, no fuss.

Seasonal, naturally sweet, high in antioxidants, and such a satisfying little plant-based treat when you want something simple but special.

Chocolatey, simple, and valentine-perfect-these bites feel indulgent but are truly good for you.

These no-bake brownie bites are rich, fudgy, and made with whole-food ingredients. As a Plant-Based Nutrition Specialist, I love that they’re naturally sweetened with fiber-rich dates, packed with antioxidant cacao, and balanced with healthy fats and plant-based protein—so you get a festive chocolate treat without the refined sugar crash.

Ingredients
• ½ cup unsweetened cacao powder
• ½ cup date purée
• ¼ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
• ½ cup dark vegan chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• Optional: 2-3 tbsp non-dairy milk (for softer topping)

Instructions
1. Mix cacao powder, date purée, and nut butter until smooth.
2. Roll into small balls, then flatten slightly.
3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil; stir smooth.
4. Spoon over each bite (add milk here if you want a softer topping).
5. Chill 20-30 minutes until set.

Save this recipe to be able to try it later!

Chocolate-Dipped Apple “Donuts” 🍎🍫

Crisp apple slices dipped in rich chocolate and dressed up like donuts.

I topped mine with coconut, freeze-dried strawberries, and h**p seeds — but the fun is in mixing it up.

Try chopped nuts, cacao nibs, granola, sprinkles, crushed cookies, chia seeds, drizzled nut butter, or a pinch of flaky sea salt.

Simple. Playful. Surprisingly satisfying.

Simply melt chocolate your favorite with a tiny bit of coconut oil (or not) and pour over your favorite nuts!

So simple.

Delicious!

Decadent sweet potato chocolate mousse cake tastes like dessert—but fuels your body like real food. As a plant-based nutritionist, I love eating recipes like this because they’re made with whole-food ingredients, naturally sweetened, rich in fiber and antioxidants, and completely free from refined sugar, flour, and oil. Sweet potatoes provide slow-digesting carbs and gut-loving fiber, dates add natural sweetness and minerals, and dark chocolate brings powerful antioxidants—making this a dessert you can truly feel good about enjoying.

Ingredients
• 2 cups steamed sweet potatoes
• 150 g dark vegan chocolate
• 2 Medjool dates
• ¼ cup non-dairy milk

How to Make It
1. Add the steamed sweet potatoes, dark chocolate (no need to melt if using a high-speed blender), dates, and non-dairy milk to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a bowl or small dish and smooth the top.
4. Chill if desired for a firmer, more cake-like texture—or enjoy right away for a rich, pudding-style dessert.

Simple. Nourishing. Shockingly decadent. ✨
