We’re thrilled to announce RAMS has been named one of the Fortune Best Places to Work in the Bay Area for the second consecutive year! 🎉 We ranked #7 overall out of 75 companies in the small to medium size category.

This recognition is based on RAMS employee responses to the Great Place To Work survey which measures their experiences with leadership, fairness, belonging, and overall workplace culture.

One employee shared, “Working here for me is inclusive, collaborative and rewarding. My presence is valued and appreciated and I feel really comfortable when I am at work. We work as a team, treat each other like family and do our best to respect and value each other every day while we are at work.”

We’re grateful to our dedicated team for fostering a workplace built on trust, inclusivity, and shared purpose.

The Lotus Project recently published a new resource guide on adapting evidence-based and community-based practices for Asian American and Asian immigrant communities. 💚

Designed for mental health providers, educators, community workers, and service providers, these resources offer practical strategies for delivering more culturally responsive care across community, school, and healthcare settings.

RAMS is proud to support this work by sharing insights to help inform the research and findings.

Watch a recap of our AAPI Maternal Mental Health Convening last week! 🎥

The day was more than a celebration. It was a reflection of what’s possible when communities come together to share stories, learn from one another, and center culturally-grounded healing in support of AAPI mothers and families. 💚
