This years theme is β€œStages of Grief,” where we create and share space to collectively mourn, imagine, and strive for a future where all peoples are liberated from systematic repression.

As transgender and gender non-conforming people continue to face unprecedented rates of state sanctioned discrimination, harassment, and fatal violence across the globe, we believe that community is the path to safety. Join us this November.

RAMS is proud to join Creating Space SF, hosted by Creating Space Community, this Saturday on November 8 at the Asian Art Museum!

This first-of-its-kind intergenerational mental health gathering, themed β€œTending to the Child Within,” invites Asian American and NHPI youth, parents, caregivers, and elders for a grounded, community-centered dialogue on mental health and healing.

The afternoon will feature a powerful panel discussion led by Dr. Jenny T. Wang, PhD, renowned psychologist and author, alongside intergenerational voices including Dave Lu (Hyphen Capital), Ally Maki (Asian American Girl Club), Ethan Su (AAPI Youth Rising), and Gym Tan (content creator). Panelists will share how they've tended to their own inner child and how this has shaped their paths to empowerment and healing.

An interactive audience Q&A will follow, inviting participants to explore childhood experiences that shape our coping strategies and discover how letting go can open the door to a fuller, freer, more abundant life.

RAMS will be tabling at the event, as we look forward to connecting with attendees and sharing more about our culturally responsive mental health programs.
