is non-profit mental health organization that is committed to advocating for and providing community based, culturally responsive and client centered services, with expertise in serving Asian & Pacific Islander Americans. Annually, the agency serves and outreaches to well over 18,000 adults, children, youth, and families, and provides services in over 30 languages, offering over 30 clinical programs in over 90 sites citywide, to meet the diverse community needs. RAMS service areas include: individual, family & group counseling with children, youth, adults, and older adults (of all ages, starting at birth); residential services, vocational training & employment services; psychology training and clinical practicum (training the next generation of culturally competent mental health professionals), youth and adult workforce development & career pathways and education (summer day camp fostering interest and mentorship in the health & human services field; jointly operating a Certificate program with SF State University); and community organizing and advocacy activities.

Registration is now open for RAMSโ€™ 2026 AAPI Maternal Mental Health Convening, held in recognition of AAPI Heritage and Mental Health Awareness Month.

Maternal mental health impacts 1 in 5 mothers in the U.S., with communities of color facing increased barriers to care. This convening brings together providers and professionals who work with mothers and families to share practical tools and explore opportunities to positively impact policy across systems.

Through featured voices and breakout workshops, topics include:
๐Ÿ“Š Current data about maternal health and the lived experiences of AAPI families
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Intergenerational AAPI mother-child relationships
๐Ÿงฐ Tools for support, birthing experiences of AAPI mothers, and cultural healing practices
๐Ÿ›๏ธ Advocacy and policy to amplify the voices of AAPI families
