Oh, San Francisco. You’re so Bipolar sometimes. One day sunny & the next, scattered showers. However… Thank you !!! GRACIAS, for giving us SUNNY 🌞 skies TODAY, on Mexican Mother’s Day! Especially, since my 87 y.o. mama, won’t leave the house unless it’s sunny & warm-ish! This should be interesting! 🤨 Been playing around with “healthier,” versions of things I love that also supply me with more protein. This is a play on chocolate chip cookies!! I added cottage cheese, collagen protein, almond and coconut flour, vanilla, brown sugar (didn’t have maple syrup so I substituted it for brown sugar and dark chocolate chips! Fingers crossed. I’m hoping they don’t turn out to hard 😁

A childhood FRIENDSHIP is like no other. ❤️ It’s Linda Sousa and I this past weekend together & we are serious dorks! But we had so much fun together & it’s so easy! I does take work & dedication to keep a friendship going for 45-50 years! I look forward to another 50 years. Geez, I feel like I’m proposing or something 😆🤣 watch out! I’m so grateful for our friendship ❤️ anyway, it’s a good laugh! And we all need to laugh more in life!

20 year dream…. Came true last week! I picked up my first assignment! I have become part of the puppy training team at Guide Dogs for the Blind! It has begun!! This is Osha. She is a black lab and she’s 14 months old! It’s incredible how & what these dogs do for the visually impaired. It’s even more incredible how this organization helps and supports those in need! I’m so grateful to be part of this team 🙏❤️ 🐶
