What makes Pelvis Centered Yoga different?
You will learn about your anatomy !
We will cue from the bony landmarks of the pelvis .
You will know and feel your:
- hip points ( anterior superior iliac spine - “ASIS”
- Posterior superior iliac spines “PSIS”
- Sit bones
- P***c Bone
-Tail bone
When we move from our bones with proper cueing , we move in a way that is in accordance with our bodies wisdom. In doing so we prevent unnecessary injury in asana.
Ever been asked to tuck your tail bone in chair pose or be between two panes of glass in triangle pose ? Did you know that those cues are not in harmony with anatomical reality ?
Feel your body doing asana in a complete new way .
