Aaron brings compassion, expertise, and curiosity to their work with adults, teens, LGBTQ+ identifying folks, and survivors of trauma. With a focus on reducing shame and stigma, and helping those strengthen their mind-body connection, they’re passionate about helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, religious and sexual trauma, OCD, grief, depression, and more, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

🌿 Fun fact: Aaron is currently “nerding out” about all kinds of things, from Pleasure Activism, Jungian Dream Analysis, and folklore and mythology to poetry, to practicing Spanish and discovering new urban hiking trails in San Francisco!
