This Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to gently remind you: you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being, yet it’s often the first thing we neglect when life feels overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to manage it alone.

Mental health matters. Prioritizing your mental health can look like pausing to check in with yourself, asking for support, setting boundaries, taking a breath, practicing meditation, or beginning therapy.

At mindfulSF, our therapists offer compassionate, evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. We’re here to help you better understand yourself, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change.

Her trauma-aware, neurodivergent-affirming, and collaborative approach is always tailored to each person’s goals and lived experience, and clients often describe her as grounded, encouraging, and easy to talk to.

She is deeply committed to ongoing learning and providing thoughtful, ethical, and evidence-based care. With a background in life sciences research, Sarah brings a curious, integrative, and systems-oriented lens to her work, and she values clarity, collaboration, and truly personalizing therapy for each client.
