Endometriosis doesn’t just cause painful periods, it can also impact fertility.

When tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, it can lead to inflammation, scar tissue, or ovarian cysts, which may make ovulation, implantation, or conception more difficult.

Up to 30–50% of people with endometriosis experience fertility challenges — but pregnancy is still possible.

PCOS Awareness Month is here, but the conversation should never be limited to just one month…

Behind every statistic are women navigating unanswered questions, delayed diagnoses, and the emotional weight of not being heard. Awareness is just the first step. What truly matters is education, empathy, and action.

At kegg, we believe in opening up conversations about fertility and hormone health that are too often overlooked. Because when women understand their bodies, they can advocate for the care they deserve.

💬 Have you or someone you love been affected by PCOS? Share your experience in the comments; your story might be the one that helps another woman feel less alone.

Traveling or feeling stressed… and suddenly your fertile window doesn’t line up like usual? You’re not imagining it.

Stress raises cortisol, which can delay or even block ovulation. And travel (especially crossing time zones) messes with your circadian rhythm, shifting when ovulation happens.

That’s why your fertile window can feel unpredictable when life gets hectic.

The good news? With kegg, you can see these changes in real-time and stay connected to your cycle so you’re never left guessing.

Our story

When women understand what is going on with their own bodies, they can take their health into their own hands. Our vision at kegg is to equip women with a deep fertility insight to empower them to make decisions about their own reproductive health.

Kristina, the Founder, was shocked when her OB/GYN doctor told her to track her fertility by checking her vaginal fluids daily with her fingers. All she wanted was an accurate way to track her cycles naturally, but the au naturel way only left her more stressed and worried.

We live in a world where autonomous cars take over the streets and robots perform surgery and yet, women are still being told to use their fingers to access their fertile window. The only other device that measures cervical mucus, which is the golden metric for cyclical conception, is a metal probe (20 inches long) connected to a small computer with cables.

Its time technology caught up with us.
