Here’s 3 things you need to know about easy weight loss in 2025 👀

#1 Be NEAT: it is imperative that you increase the daily amount of calories you burn by getting in more movement walking and an increased active lifestyle. This is free weight loss and can contribute up to over 1 pound per week in loss.

#2 Eat 80% of your body weight in grams of protein per day. This will satiate you, help you burn more daily calories and curb your sweet tooth.

#3 Strength train 3x per week. And no, cardio does not count! Get in a minimum of three resistance training workouts per week, focus on intensity and focus on getting strong.

Do these three things, and you will lose more weight in 2025 than you have before with less effort and more freedom.

Unpopular opinion 😬

Being healthy is simple, but not easy…

Here’s what we mean:

1) Moving well, eating well and feeling well are all simple to achieve.

You can do things for free or for a low cost to be healthy and you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to understand how to be healthy.

You can do something every day that makes you healthier with simple choices.

2) But simple doesn’t mean it’s easy.

Learning to make healthy choices is the key to losing weight, building strength and gaining confidence but that takes time and guidance.

There’s no magic bullet, diet or coach that will make it easy for you either, especially in today’s world that pushes unhealthy choices more than healthy ones.

3) To make being healthy easier in 2025, find a friend, program or coach that can support you, hold you accountable to your goals and teach you the tools you need to learn to be healthy.

Simple doesn’t mean easy. But you can learn to make being healthy easier by developing healthy habits that are repeatable and sustainable.

Our Story

What makes us different is our relentless focus on our community’s holistic wellness, inside our studio & beyond.

Tribe was founded in San Francisco in 2018, by brothers Nick and Billy Palladino-King, dedicated to complete health and wellness.

The idea to create Tribe came to Nick and Billy when travelling in Asia, observing how spiritual and physical practices can be combined to create truly powerful changes in one’s body and mind. They realised that no other studio in San Francisco was offering curated fitness classes, yoga, meditation, and personal training as part of a single membership.

When searching for a name for this new space, the idea of the “Tribe” came naturally - two brothers, bringing a community of like-minded wellness enthusiasts around them, with shared goals and care for each other. This feeling of togetherness was lacking elsewhere, and Nick and Billy were determined to have it live front and center of Tribe. They collaborated with a local artist Emily Racheul to develop the logo. Now, the “E” in the logo is represented by three lines stacked on one another - a Chinese symbol for 3, representing Tribe’s three modalities to wellness - Mind, Body, and Spirit.
