Several years ago, I found myself deep in thought—reflecting on beauty, creation, intention, and the unseen energy that shapes our reality. It brought me back to the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto. If you’re not familiar, his groundbreaking studies explored how water responds to the energy of our words. When water was exposed to high-frequency words like “love” and “gratitude,” it formed stunning, crystalline structures. When exposed to lower-frequency words like “hate” or “anger,” the crystals became murky and distorted.We, too, are made mostly of water. Which means the energy we speak, think, and surround ourselves with literally imprints upon us.
