Each session begins with inquiring what is most present for you, and is designed to meet your explicitly stated goals within a noncritical, nonjudgmental, and honest framework. Healing takes more than just insight and surface behavior change, therefore somatic integration is the foundation of my work. I may suggest any number of complimentary methodologies and modalities to offer a highly personalized session.
