Patients ask me: How can I be more healthy? What should I eat? I say eat meat (from small farms, treated humanely, & pastured only), Vegetables (organic only, in season, heirloom whenever available), good oils (coconut, ghee which is clarified butter, & rendered animal fat like duck fat or even saved lard from your pastured bacon). No grains, no sugar. This reduces or cures many health conditions.
This is called the Paleo diet, primal diet if it includes a few other items or ketogenic diet by the medicat community.
Try it for 30 days. You should feel better in a day to 3 days. Contact me for modifications if you have and trouble.

The ketogenic diet has been in clinical use for over 80 years, primarily for the symptomatic treatment of epilepsy.
