Benjamin has previously worked as an educator, administrator, counselor and mediator in San Francisco and the East Bay. His own experience as a patient of community acupuncture encouraged him to study Chinese Medicine. Book your appointment on Mondays between 2:45 and 8pm!

We have 3 new wonderful people who recently joined SFCA!
Each person brings her own specialty and style of treatment and we appreciate all of them.

Theresa is a Certified Massage Therapist. She integrates biomechanics with Swedish, Deep Tissue and myofascial work for a results driven session.

Grace was raised in San Francisco and received her Masters Degree from Emperor’s College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her focus is women’s health, gastrointestinal health and stress management.

Shamsi found acupuncture while working with the Peace Corps in Gambia. While there she met and studied with an acupuncturist and then continued her studies at American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She received her Masters Degree in 2004. She’s passionate about emotional wellbeing, women’s health and digestive health.

Melissa has been working with SFCA for several months and patients are so grateful!
She has openings tomorrow in our Pacifica location. Melissa received her Masters Degree in TCM in 2008 and co-founded Circle Community Acupuncture.
Recently she has worked on a pilot study examining pain with UCSF and with the SF Department of Health.
