Not all supplements are created equal! While many promise big benefits, quality, purity, and safety can vary greatly. And the “extras” they contain (like fillers, binders, dyes, and preservatives) often matter more than you might think!

Here are a few things to look out for:

❌ Some supplements don’t even contain the amount of active ingredient listed on the label. Potency can fall far below or sometimes exceed what’s claimed.
❌ Poorly made supplements can be contaminated with heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides, or even mislabeled ingredients.
❌ Lower-cost brands often use fillers or synthetic forms that are harder for your body to absorb and may even trigger sensitivities.

✔️ Pharmaceutical-grade supplements are held to higher standards. They contain very little filler, go through more rigorous testing, and offer more consistent dosing.
