What sleep phases do we have, and why is each one important for our health and energy? 😴 Let's take a look at them:
Light Sleep:
This is the initial phase when we fall asleep and the body gradually relaxes. Muscle activity decreases, heart rate slows down. We wake up easily from this phase. It makes up a large part of our total sleep.
Deep Sleep:
An absolutely crucial phase for physical regeneration! During this phase, tissue repair, growth, immune system strengthening, and brain waste removal occur. Waking up from this phase is difficult, and if it happens, we might feel disoriented. It is essential for the feeling of physical rest. 💪
REM (Rapid Eye Movement) Phase:
The phase of rapid eye movements, when our brain is very active (similar to when we are awake) and we have our most vivid dreams. 🧠 It is necessary for mental regeneration, processing emotions, consolidating memories, and learning.
These phases alternate cyclically throughout the night, with each cycle lasting approximately 90-110 minutes. For optimal health and energy levels, we need all phases to occur in balance and without disruption.
How does Somavedic support quality sleep? ✨
Somavedic doesn't create sleep itself, but it creates optimal conditions for its undisturbed course. By harmonizing the surrounding environment and neutralizing the negative influences of geopathogenic zones and electrosmog, it helps to:
😴 Calm the nervous system and make falling asleep easier.
😴 Minimize nighttime awakenings caused by external disruptive influences.
😴 Support the body to cycle through all sleep phases more effectively, including deep and REM sleep.
Thanks to a more harmonious sleep environment, you can wake up truly rested, full of energy, and ready for the new day. Give your sleep the best support! ☀️
