If you follow my new IG account .co , I've mentioned that I cut out meat about 10 years ago due to my pancreatitis on top of having an awful relationship with food, but I actually did not completely transition to a plant-based lifestyle until about 2016. Eating more plant-based foods and adding in movements that I actually enjoy has not only helped my body physically but also my mindset (to get out of the vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting)...I truly feel and look the best I’ve ever been!
