Dear Patients,
Keeping you healthy is our highest priority. As a healthcare establishment, we will remain open to provide care during these unprecedented times. We are fortunate to have access to some of the brightest minds in medicine and government leading the fight against this pandemic and are keeping abreast of any developments.
We continue taking all precautions regarding sanitization, air purification, and separation to ensure your safety. We are disinfecting constantly and utilizing groundbreaking ActivePure Technology that inactivates numerous airborne viruses, bacteria, molds, and toxins. (At the request of patients, we have ordered a supply of these units for people to purchase at a discounted price.)
We are offering Immuno-Boosting High Dose Intravenous Vitamin C drips and Intravenous Ozone in our personalized IV suite. In order to adhere to the 6-foot social distancing recommendation, we will be limiting to 2 people in the IV room at a given time.
Our practitioners are also available to meet your needs via telehealth. For those of you that are experiencing cold or flu symptoms or for the elderly that are sheltering in place, we can easily accommodate your appointments via Skype, Facetime, or Zoom.
Remember that your body is smart and has a strong adaptable immune system that when properly supported is designed to protect you and combat illness. Here are several recommendations for best practices:
*Prioritize continual treatment of your underlying conditions.
*Diligently practice social distancing.
*Consume organic fresh vegetables (raw if you can and as many colors of the rainbow as possible) and fruits to promote high levels of antioxidants.
*Avoid processed and refined foods full of sugar, alcohol, and stimulants as these substances are known to depress the immune system.
*Sleep more! Sleep promotes more efficient healing and repair.
*Open the doors and windows to your home to air it out regularly and go out in your yard or deck. Bacteria and viruses don’t survive long in fresh air environments.
*Exercise regularly.
*Do everything you can to reduce your stress. Stress and anxiety lead to increased cortisol levels, higher inflammation levels inside the body, and ultimately a depressed immune system.
*Support your immune system by supplementing nutrients. We are maintaining a full supply available in office.
We are honored to be a part of your health care team and are grateful to our dedicated staff for the support they provide in allowing us to care for your needs.
