With over 20 years of practice and a 500hr certification earned in 2008, Jill brings a wealth of knowledge, creative sequencing, and breath-focused movement to the mat. She’s trained with some of yoga’s most inspiring teachers — and says her greatest teachers have always been her students. 💛

Expect a full-body flow at a moderate pace designed to leave you feeling strong, present, and peacefully energized.
