Pilates Bee

Pilates Bee Pilates instruction and movement education with Elizabeth Farotte Heenan Liz began studying Pilates to cross train for a career as a professional dancer.

A California native, Liz is an enthusiastic, light-hearted, and committed Pilates instructor. She values joy in movement and the opportunity to reeducate the body to enhance every day movement as well as elite physical training. She credits her consistent practice of the method with keeping her injury free throughout her career. Liz is a graduate of the Body Arts and Science International Pilates

teacher training program, holds a BA in Dance from UC Irvine and has led movement and arts education outreach classes nationally and internationally, including a U.S. Department of State Cultural Diplomacy Tour to Southeast Asia.
