My approach to healing integrates the philosophies of acupuncture and Chinese Medi

cine with my experience as a therapeutic bodyworker and knowledge of yoga asana. I received my master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from ACTCM (American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in San Francisco, and have studied extensively under Dr. Edith Ubuntu Chan, DAOM, L.Ac., who is best known for her exceptional work as a holistic sports medicine practitioner. Additional professional development has included various trainings in orthopedics and sports medicine, as well as completing a certification in Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture. My formal bodywork training has included various Eastern and Western modalities, including studying at the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and receiving my Shiatsu and Tui Na certifications at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Most recently, I have been inspired by the work of Ortho-Bionomy, a gentle system of healing developed to support the body in its own process of self-recovery.
