STOP.
Yes, you — stop for a moment.
Pause whatever you’re doing.
Let yourself arrive in this exact breath.

Feel your feet on the ground.
Notice one thing your senses are touching.
Let your next inhale be just a little bit fuller.

This week I’ve been sitting with how hard it can be to stay present in a world — and a life — that constantly pulls at my attention.

Living in San Francisco, running a business, caring for others, moving through a tech-saturated city… it’s so easy to disappear into the swirl.

Presence becomes something I have to practice — not something that just happens.

So each morning, before emails or sessions or planning or noise, I hold a warm cup of cacao in my hands and let it become a doorway.
A small portal back to myself.
A reminder that I can return — again and again — to what is true.

I set an intention:
Hour by hour, may I come back to my body.
May I listen for what I need.
May I reconnect with my higher self and with life as it’s meeting me.

It’s imperfect. I forget. I get swept away.
And then I return.

Minute by minute.
Breath by breath.

Wherever you are — even in the middle of the city, even if tech has its hooks in you, even if your mind won’t soften — you can come back to this deeper intention.

Your body is always here.
Your breath is always here.
Life is always offering something beautiful, quiet, and real.

You don’t need to escape to be present.
You just need to remember.

What’s one small way you can return to yourself today?

Radical Aliveness has been a deep practice and path in my life for many years.

And while the title might sound big, what I love most about this work is that it’s not an expert model.

It’s not something anyone can tell you how to do.
It’s something each of us already knows — in our bodies, our hearts, our spirits.
We each have a sense of what aliveness looks and feels like for us.

For me, Radical Aliveness often shows up through my grief.
When I allow myself to feel my sensations fully —
to let the tears move,
to breathe, tremble, or cry,
to ride the waves that come and go —
something opens.

In the middle of that rawness, I find life again.
Depth. Softness. Power.
It’s paradoxical — but when I let myself grieve, I feel more alive.

Grief isn’t just sadness; it’s a portal back to truth and vitality.
It’s how my system comes back into flow with life itself.

If you’re longing for a space to grieve, to feel more alive, or to explore what Radical Aliveness might mean for you —
you’re not alone.

You can reach out to me for individual or couples work,

The most important relationship of your life is the one you have with yourself. 🥰

You are your longest companion.
Your most consistent witness.
The one who’s been there through every heartbreak, every rebirth, every sacred becoming.

Loving yourself isn’t just a self-help buzzword.
It’s a radical act of reclamation.
It’s the medicine that softens trauma, rewires protection, and gently says:

You are worthy of care.
You are not too much.
You get to belong — especially to yourself.

And when we learn to turn inward with tenderness,
when we meet our unmet needs with loving attention —
it doesn’t stop there.
It ripples outward.
It shapes how we love others.
How we receive.
How we parent, partner, friend, create, connect.
It becomes the soil from which healthier, more loving relationships grow. 🌿

So let this be a gentle invitation:

What would it look like today — to offer yourself the kind of love you always deserved?

Not as a performance.
Not as perfection.
But as a return.

I’m so glad you’re here.
And I’m walking with you.

As a q***r human myself — I just have to say:
I adore being q***r.
We are magical, powerful, creative, progressive, culture-shifting beings.
We are teachers, healers, visionaries.
We help awaken the world to deeper authenticity — to the truth that gender, sexuality, identity, and love are all fluid, expansive, and sacred.

This month, as we celebrate Pride in all its joy, complexity, and history — I want to lovingly remind you:

✨ Take care of your body.
✨ Hydrate.
✨ Eat your fruit (yes, literally and metaphorically).
✨ Rest.
✨ Move.
✨ Support each other.

Practice harm reduction.
Practice consent.
Practice wellness.
So we can keep showing up — for each other, for ourselves, for the movements we love.

We are the Rainbow Warriors.
And the world needs us healthy, radiant, and resourced for the road ahead.

I love you deeply.
And wherever you fall on any spectrum — sexual, gender, relational, energetic — I’m here as your ally and support.

Happy Pride, family.
You’re not just valid — you’re vital.

If you take a moment
right in this moment
to tune in and ask yourself;

“what is the truth of my being?“

Your spirit will speak to you.

Some may call it your core essence,
some may call it your consciousness,
some may call at your highest self,
some may call it your soul.

You don’t need to get too attached to the semantics,
It’s just opening to a deep listening …
to see what wants to emerge.

This is a beautiful antidote to the fears and shame that can arise through being human.

And if this is a challenge for you,
Ask one of your favorite people,
What is that they know is true about you, at your core…?
