Yesterday was Valentine’s Day.
And maybe you felt celebrated.
Maybe you felt lonely.
Maybe you’re partnered… but still longing.
Maybe you feel relieved it was over.
All of it belongs.
As many of you know, my life’s work is devoted to opening more deeply to the love that we all are.
Not just romantic love.
Not just being chosen.
But the deeper current.
The love beneath our defenses.
The love beneath our strategies.
The love beneath the fear of being too much — or not enough.
In these times especially, I keep returning to this:
Love is not something we earn.
It’s not something we hustle for.
It’s not something we secure once and finally relax.
It’s an essence.
A remembering.
A practice of softening toward what is here.
If Valentine’s Day stirred anything in you — grief, hope, jealousy, tenderness, numbness — you’re not behind. You’re human.
And if you’re wanting support — whether a one-off session or a return to deeper work together — I’m here.
We don’t have to do love alone.
And we don’t have to wait for a holiday to open our hearts.
💛
