STOP.
Yes, you — stop for a moment.
Pause whatever you’re doing.
Let yourself arrive in this exact breath.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Notice one thing your senses are touching.
Let your next inhale be just a little bit fuller.

This week I’ve been sitting with how hard it can be to stay present in a world — and a life — that constantly pulls at my attention.
Living in San Francisco, running a business, caring for others, moving through a tech-saturated city… it’s so easy to disappear into the swirl.
Presence becomes something I have to practice — not something that just happens.
So each morning, before emails or sessions or planning or noise, I hold a warm cup of cacao in my hands and let it become a doorway.
A small portal back to myself.
A reminder that I can return — again and again — to what is true.
I set an intention:
Hour by hour, may I come back to my body.
May I listen for what I need.
May I reconnect with my higher self and with life as it’s meeting me.
It’s imperfect. I forget. I get swept away.
And then I return.
Minute by minute.
Breath by breath.
Wherever you are — even in the middle of the city, even if tech has its hooks in you, even if your mind won’t soften — you can come back to this deeper intention.
Your body is always here.
Your breath is always here.
Life is always offering something beautiful, quiet, and real.
You don’t need to escape to be present.
You just need to remember.
What’s one small way you can return to yourself today?
