I am a highly sensitive and passionate woman, a mover, a witness, a creator, a thinker, a wounded healer and a truth teller. My whole life has been a ceaseless journey, without and within, from Greece to Argentina, then Peru and now California, but it hasn't always been easy as I never wanted to just fit into any box. During adolescence and early adulthood, I struggled with bulimia, depression, bo
dy-hatred, insecurities and low self-esteem. It was in my own practice of Authentic Movement that I uncovered my worth and voice and I discovered the beauty of depth that exists in the action of being fully present; the inner-body wisdom that we all have to heal, create and evolve. Now, I am honored to sharing with you, who also wish for a meaningful connection with yourself and your body, the gifts of awareness and self-realization that this discipline brings, as a healing-through-movement practice. I am a licensed psychologist from Greece (2004), and an interdisciplinary performing artist. I hold an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy from CIIS (2017) and I was specialized in Authentic Movement at the Center for Practice and Training in Authentic movement with Karin Fleischer in Buenos Aires (2008-2014). I love chocolate, dancing, the sunsets and swimming in the rejuvenating Mediterranean
