How to poach eggs the easy way 🍳👇🏻

No vinegar. No salt. No swirling water.

Just a simple trick for perfectly poached eggs with soft yolks every time.

PS: If you’re worried about the pan
A quick rinse while it’s still hot usually does the job with a soft sponge.
Or two dishwasher cycles… just to be extra safe 😉

Would you try this?

Living in the is a beautiful thing. Some mornings you wake up to views like this, grab a coffee, and head out for a walk. Simple moments, but they end up being the best part of the day 🤍

There are so many hiking spots around here, and the best part is they’re rarely packed. Sunday isn’t the only sunny day in California, so you can find quiet trails and views like this almost anytime.

Fresh air, a little movement, and a quiet moment with nature. Honestly, it’s the perfect reset for the body and mind ☀️🌱

Most people think Pilates is about a flat stomach.

But what Pilates actually does is much deeper.

It strengthens your transverse abdominis.
The deepest core muscle that supports your spine, posture, breathing, and stability.

When this muscle gets stronger you may notice:

• better posture
• less lower back pain
• stronger balance and control
• a more supported pelvic floor
• better athletic performance

But here’s the important truth:

Pilates strengthens your core.
It doesn’t magically burn fat from one specific area.

Your body decides where it loses fat first.

That’s why movement + nutrition together make the biggest difference.

If you’re doing Pilates and want recipes that support your training,
I’ve shared my high-protein recipes in the link in my bio.

Save this post so you remember what Pilates actually does for your body.
